My primary PSN account is experiencing a name rollback loop due to historical cached data from an old locked profile. When I use a valid name change token, the database writes successfully and shows my new name on the character selector, Fireteam rosters, and a minute after loading into orbit from Character selection However, the active gameplay instance forcefully reverts it back to an old baseline name after one minute. My token is being automatically refunded. Is there a way manually clear my account's profile row conflict. Ives switched from underscores to spaces and it still doesn’t work. All the while other destiny 2 players can see my new name but I can’t at all times. Please help I’ve tried everything and I’m on ps5. And my old bungie name has an underscore.
