Hello, I've been a part of the Destiny community for nearly a decade now, as I started playing shortly after Rise of Iron came out. This has always been my favorite game, and what I've always liked about it is that there were always new places to explore and new enemies to defeat. I've enjoyed the game throughout all the highs and lows, but the one thing that never sat right with me was the DCV, and I'm sure many of you agree. I couldn't believe that they basically just gutted the game's content, and then left that content sitting in limbo for nearly six years. Surely there had to be a better way to manage the increasing size of the game without removing the content altogether. Despite the odds of this happening being overwhelmingly slim, I think it would be a good idea to bring back all the content pre-Beyond Light as an optional add-on, called "Destiny 2: Legacy Edition". Ideally, it would be free to anyone who purchased those DLCs when they came out. And yes, I'm well aware that the game is now in maintenance mode and no longer has an active development team, but if there's even a miniscule chance of someone seeing this and taking my idea into consideration, that'll count for something.
