Clans: No longer able to create a new clan ?
end of life is here for D2 - but are we no longer able to create a new clan ?
I fill out the form and get an error message, Me and several people have tried.
Plz confirm.

It took my several tries yesterday just to change the name of my clan. If the name is too long it just gives an error message without explanation.
