Chest Piece Drop rate on Nessus…
It’s so -blam!- UNBELIEVABLE how RARE the Chest Piece from Nessus is. I filled my ENTIRE Engram slots with Exotic engrams and STILL HAVE YET to get at LEAST ONE Chest piece to drop.
Is the Chest piece sacred? Does it contain 20-30 energy slots? Why is it so damn RARE to where I can get THREE Exotic Engrams on back to back clears, yet no chest piece?
I thought Exotics were supposed to be crazy rare, not some damn Legendary Chest piece on a planet.
Okay, I’m done venting, don’t mind me Guardians, just screaming into the void with frustration, but now I’m calm 😅.

3 RepliesIt took me about 4 weeks on my Hunter to get the set I wanted for that character. It's a little hyped, but still a very potent set for all PvE content. You know you could make an lfg and grind the LS, probably the fastest grind per drop? Just a recommendation, good luck... 😇👍💠

1 ReplyI generally think it’s the last piece you need. For me it was the Hunter Cloak, spends a full week farming off and on for it. It’s like the game says “ah let’s make him grind more, haha!”

1 ReplyWait till you go to the pale heart & realise the place has a 99% drop rate for arms, it's very rare, almost impossible, to get any other piece, even a gun drop is hard to get. A known coding error never fixed, I farmed pale heart a while ago for 2 days doing quests etc & no joke I got like 700 arms, the call sidearm maybe 10 times & that was it, probably because it has 'arm' in its name 😆
