Maybe you know this, maybe you don't...
1 Thousand Voices is very popular right now, a top meta pick for effortless dps.
That's not what the info is.
One user per fireteam.
Because ignitions and the synergy effects have instance-based (per application of tics on enemies) lockouts and cooldowns.
100 tics to ignite whomever causes those final tics.
Then clear, lockout, and cooldown.
Understand?
More is not better. One user per team is optimal for focused dps.

Update: I want add... that these limitations are not limited to 1k alone... it's inherent in the mechanics of scorch and ignition procs/applications.
And for roaming, it might not matter as much because you usually split on different mobs/spawns... but for single mob, single target... multiple people trying to scorch/ignite will drop the efficacy for everyone averaged per user.
This factor also applies to things like particle reconstruction, where multiple people using it will reduce team efficacy.

So if someone is on 1k, they should be the only one using Particle on the Artifact, otherwise they will not get the debuff it offers. IF you're on 1k, then theoretically you want that player and that player alone on 1k and Particle. Likewise, if you were using Shield Burst to boost DPS, nobody else should be on a Solar or Kinetic rotation, otherwise they'll -blam!- them out of ignitions. And while that might seem kinda niche, A499 is still situationally meta. The best lineup for DPS alongside of 1k (assuming a long-mid ranged engagement) is one Tractor/Fafnir user with Conspiracy Honed, and then 4 on A499 (or 3 with 1 on Div). Taipan, Reeds Regret, Queenbreaker and Whisper are all alternates for those without A499. Again, this would assume ranged encounters where precision DPS is optimal. None of the linear users on Particle. A Storm's Keep Titan is acceptable for everyone. You could run a Shield Burst Titan IF nobody is on A499 to further enable 1k, but you're arguably better off on Storm's Keep.
