You get them from the same mission you got the axe/sword. Though I'm unclear on the exact methods as that is an older'ish exotic (it's not that old, but reqs changed). It might be as easy as just completing the mission Master+ for the intrinsics and catalysts like most of the other updated quests, or follow a guide...
