Just came back to it a week ago, and I’m having a blast.
Yes the learning curve is steep, like any MMO like game with end game and deep build system, so it takes some investment at first, but for fellow D2 player and buildcrafter it should feel familiar.
I have to get used to starting back from scratch :), coming from D2 where I had top gear, top builds, pretty much all I needed to tackle any content, I’m back to figuring things out and having tones of things to do and farm to get back to the same level.
That being said, the journey is really the fun part, not the destination. And the gun play is as addictive as D2, albeit different of course.
It sucks they don’t have an App like this one to engage with the community, ask for help, if anyone has recommendations here let me know.
That’s all, just sharing my enthusiasm if anyone else, like me, is looking for a post D2 world to invest in.

1 ReplyMy experience is only with the first game but Manhattan feels so nice even if it's just for walking around and rocking predator's mark paired with nomad effect thanks to ninjabike messenger backpack
