I've had this person on my Bungie friends list for who knows how long and I honestly don't remember how I met them in-game. I've tried removing them through the game, the D2 Companion app, and Bungie.net. On the website, I get a pop-up that says "Failed to remove" whenever I try to delete them. In the app, it briefly looks like they've been removed, but they reappear as soon as I view their profile again. I've also tried clearing the app cache and uninstalling and reinstalling it, but neither fixed the issue. They're not on my PSN friends list. I Googled the problem, and it seems like it could be a server synchronization issue that's out of my control. Is there any way to permanently remove this person, or are they stuck on my Bungie friends list forever?
