Building the macro quantum hyper computer using nanites and matter transformation from a desert, probably in the shape of a large sphere. NLS (non-linear space) because it has the ability to write existence into empty space, but still requires them mapping 6d space ("Calabi-Yau sixspace [manifold]").
Brings back the idea of being coterminous to reality, or being referred to as a weapon (main character and plot armor).
Edit: Realizing more and more, the veil is in the shape of our understanding, our diagram of the big bang theory...so shape of time and space. 🤔 Like Lodi was stating, we are looking for a way to keep data for eternity, and looking at "The Last Question" as part of the answer the vex utilized as motivation to over come heat death. Also, really do wonder how humans will look in the far flung future (if they even survive with all their squabbling over things that could eventually be minor inconveniences, but then...purpose 😬).
