Lost my character data with cross sace
I have over 280hrs on destiny 2(PS5) and I have 50hrs on destiny 2(PS5). all my progress and character creations are gone and now tied to lvl 10 power. Please tell me there's a way to get my stuff back, I've been playing this since 2015. What happened.
Everything is gone besides my achievements and time shown of my gameplay, and only played on Playstation

3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Please note that an intentional Power reset occurred with the release of Edge of Fate. With it, all characters and acquired gear were reverted to 10 Power. Your items and characters are not missing; their Power has simply been reset as intended. To increase your Power, the fastest way is to complete Ops activities, as those are guaranteed to drop gear of higher and higher Power, which will help you progress.
