I do not think giving LMGs, especially bitter end as much ammo as they do, is good for PvP. The amount of snow balling just from one heavy drop is ridiculous.

4 RepliesMore unpopular opinion here, but why does Heavy in general appear in the Crucible? It's always felt out of place. Yes, I understand map control and the teasing of a non-objective zone, but overall it's felt unhealthy and irrelevant. Like big whoop you finally got a kill because you dumped a rocket on me opposed to losing the duel. Guess what? Next life without Heavy, you lose, and the match goes on. Feels very unimpactful (at least in 6's).

I think it should've gone back to being kind of like it was in D1, heavy only spawns once per match, but 2 crates spawn on opposite sides of the match; Every heavy weapon gets enough ammo for two kills, and none drops if you kill someone holding it.

TBH Truth annoys me more. 🤷♂️

Have you tought about using one yourself? I mean.. Seems likemthe people who bring a knife to a gun fight and made at the people who bring guns to a gun fight

to balance the fairness

Bitter is an exception to the rest of the machine guns. It fires at 900, hits like a 360 with the same range.

I recently switched to bitter end and I agree it gets too much ammo. It's crazy how powerful that gun is.

2 RepliesI've been using bitter end. You can get a team wipe with that thing. In control.

They get just enough ammo to kill 3-4 people. That's perfectly in line when every other non-explosive heavy gets just as much ammo. I'm a lot more concerned with the constant special ammo spamming than a guy mowing down a couple people with an lmg.

2 RepliesThat's why you protect the heavy... Tactical negligence is a decisive loss... it's apart or build craft and map utilization just like anything else...
