Title: Feedback: Remove DLC/PS Plus requirements for Exotic Kiosk now that active development has ended
Body:
With active development on Destiny 2 concluded and the game in its final automated state, please consider fully opening the Monument to Lost Lights exotic store for free-to-play and solo players.
Currently, players without DLC licenses or PlayStation Plus cannot access the vast majority of the Exotic pool. We cannot buy past expansion gear from the kiosk, and we cannot farm Exotic Ciphers or materials because ritual playlists require PS Plus matchmaking.
Since active competition and content drops are over, opening up the Exotic archive completely would let the remaining player base simply enjoy the sandbox, try out fun builds, and celebrate the game's legacy. Please consider removing the expansion license checks and playlist requirements for the Exotic kiosk in a future stability patch. Thank you!

For real!

Not up to Bungie it's Sonys requirement. Bungie would need to ask Sony to receive an exemption to that requirement.
