Stasis Warlock Iceflare Bolts Updated to 3 Fragment Slots
Can there be a change on Iceflare Bolts Aspect on Stasis Warlock so that it has 3 Fragment Slots instead of 2?

No, I don’t think there could. Destiny 2 staff were laid off. The game is in maintenance mode. There [u]might[/u] be bugfixes if absolutely required but that’s it. Bungie’s entire studio focus is Marathon. Which isn’t going to end well either.
