Prime Raiders has been around since 2014. I have always run the clan around one principle: [b]quality over quantity[/b]. We already have active members, established standards, progression ranks, raid and dungeon tracking, solo-flawless review, benchmark standards, high-pressure raid standards, scheduling, and proof-based mastery paths. I am recruiting selectively to strengthen roster depth and improve schedule overlap so we can field consistent teams more often. I would rather keep looking than bring in the wrong person just to make the roster look fuller. I also do not mass invite. Every new member affects the environment, so I need to know who I am bringing around the people already here. Applicants go through a one-on-one conversation and, when appropriate, run-based evaluation. Skill matters, but so do mindset, preparation, communication, reliability, and how someone responds to feedback. Destiny’s future has changed, but I am not done with the game. There is still plenty I want to master, and I want to play with people who take pride in sharpening their skills and building something reliable with others. [b]Current Focus[/b] - Pantheon and all-feat clears - High-pressure and Master raid content - Clean and efficient full clears across the raid pool - Raid challenges, flawlesses, lowmans, and legacy mastery - Solo-flawless dungeons with recorded review and benchmark standards - Buildcrafting, set bonuses, class knowledge, and damage rotations - Developing chemistry through repeated runs with clanmates - Mastering the game rather than logging in only when a new reward appears [b]What I Am Looking For[/b] - Age 18 or older - Availability compatible with NA evenings, including some weekdays - Around 100 or more full raid clears - Experience spread across multiple raids, not one heavily farmed activity - Meaningful recent endgame activity - The ability to execute mechanics, survive, and contribute damage without constant direction - Working knowledge of your class, builds, weapons, and more than one damage setup - A willingness to research, test loadouts, and prepare independently - The ability to receive direct feedback and correct recurring issues - Initiative to schedule runs, join events, and participate without being personally chased - Interest in contributing to the clan rather than only using it when convenient Raid Report is part of the evaluation, but it is [b]not[/b] the entire evaluation. Clear counts, titles, flawlesses, lowmans, and past accomplishments give me useful context. They do not automatically prove that someone understands their loadout, thinks independently, adapts under pressure, communicates well, or will remain active. You do not need a perfect résumé. You do need enough of a foundation to contribute now and continue developing from there. Prime Raiders is not a zero-to-endgame teaching clan.
