Unable to buy a Bungie reward despite being eligible
I cannot purchase Exotic Armory Collection: Choir of One, despite having completed the Encore mission, including claiming the corresponding achievement, before the given date (15th July 2025 - release of Edge of Fate).

I think all (or most of) the rewards are retired by now, so you're unable to buy them anymore.
