Cannot Access Items from Destiny 2: The Collection Bundle

I had bought Destiny 2: The Collection for Xbox. Everything from it is downloaded onto the system, however the game is saying that I do not have access to the Final Shape dungeon key or the season pass. This is a Cross Save file that originated on PlayStation, and had been linked to Xbox before purchasing the collection on Xbox. I have access to everything else, except for the items mentioned. I had tried to submit a Help Request, but the link kept on sending me to the homepage and logging me out. What do I need to do to get access to the missing items?
