Chaos Reshaped | BUGGED HEALING
The healing factor is bugged, it won't let any other healing sources heal you beyond around ~35hp to the last 5hp if it's not from chaos reshaped only.
Would this bug be considered important enough to fix up as this perk has been made abundantly more common among more weapons in the game?
