Gifted a friend destiny 2 collection bundle, but can not access dungeon keys.
I made a thread about this a couple weeks ago already but I gifted a friend the destiny 2 collection bundle, but for whatever reason they never received the dungeon keys. We tried several solutions, all of which were unsuccessful. Eventually in my last post, we were suggested to have my friend try and submitting a missing eververse item/add-on form, but he has gotten no response for it. What do we need to do to resolve this now?
