Collection completion for an exotic catalyst I don't have
It shows the wavesplitter catalyst as completed in collections but I haven't had that catalyst drop yet. The catalyst does not show up in the gun.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. As dc213baseball kindly pointed out, there's an issue where the Wavesplitter catalyst triumph can show as completed even when the catalyst hasn't yet been acquired. We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured this issue doesn't affect your ability to actually get the catalyst as a drop in the future.
