Locus Locutus No Tier?
I used Strange Coins to purchase this weapon from Xur. It was a no tier. Then I noticed I had a reward engram from leveling up with Xur. The engram decrypted into a Locus Locutus no tier. Is this correct? Shouldn’t I be getting Tier 5 at 550 light level?
