Excision drop rate for catalyst
Brother bear i could not be more serious I've done 200+ runs of the excision replay and still have yet to get the catalyst and yes I do meet every requirement to get it

I got it on my first Grandmaster and I only did it like after 2 Normal Excisions. Grandmaster is not that difficult, you can do it. 20 Revives is Max but there are always Champions popping up to replenish any lost revives. And there's always a few players scoping the Champions.
