Voice chat settings can't be changed
I can't hear or speak to other players and when i try to turn on voice chat or even text chat, it immediately turns them off.
I play on PlayStation and i am curious if it has anything to do with my age setting because i accidentally set them to under 16. If so how do i fix this problem

Additionally, there are some settings on the PlayStation 5 that may disable chat in-game.
