Why Still Tier-4 Loot? Why, Dang You?! Why?!
Aaaand here is where I'd put my Tier-5 loot..

Seriously, why does so much bonus loot and regular loot still drop at Tier-4 even after doing Master activities? Been trying to get Tartara Gaze Tier-5 to drop with Triple-Tap and Rewind Rounds but not only does it not want to give me that roll, it doesn't even drop at Tier-5 ever.
I'm over 500 Power level now. I've been gone for some time so I have no idea if I'm missing something to regularly get gear to drop at Tier-5 from things other than featured raids/dungeons and Master activities like the Vanguard and Arena playlists.

3 RepliesLoot from activities is based on difficulty and it tells you what will drop before you start. The MoT pillars have T5s once you reach 520. I don't know how it works for heroic public events on distorted destinations.

I believe they have 3 negative and 1 positive modifier though so they’re marginally harder than Quickplay. Edit; They go up to GM difficulty while the Quickplay caps out at Master
