Salvation's Edge Hard Crashes PC

Hello. Since the release of this most recent patch, I have attempted to clear Salvation's Edge with some friends and I've been experiencing this unbearable issue. Every time I load into the Witness checkpoint or the post Verity checkpoint my PC will hard crash at any random moment from traversal, to combat, to, in some instances, standing completely still. I have not experienced this in earlier encounters but these two spots seem to do it every single time I try to do anything there. I have never had this issue before and I have since redownloaded and reupdated all of my graphics drivers and the issue has not been resolved. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do personally to address this issue any further. My PC's specs are currently: Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Processor: Intel Core i5-10400f CPU @ 2.90 GHZ Memory: 16 GB
