cross save assue
i have transphere from ps5 to bc when i apply croos save i log in my ps5 account in bungie web side in my bc and i have all my staff in my ps5 a have 2 charecter after cross save
i lost all my staff like im new player they give my my pc account into my ps5
i lost everything
what can i do ????

Hey there, it looks like during the cross-save process, you selected Steam as the Active account. That means that your Steam character is the visible profile and appears now on both Steam and on PS. Your PS characters, inventory, etc, have not been deleted, but are currently dormant and inaccessible. First you'll need to cancel cross-save. That will put the Steam character back on Steam only and make the PS characters visible again on PS5. After the 90-day cross-save cooldown elapses, you can set it up again with PSN as the Active account. So the PSN characters will be the ones playable on both PS and on Steam.
