Cross Save Problem
Good morning! I have a steam ACC that I no longer have access to linked to my account, I need to get it changed to my new one however It makes me authenticate it and I have no idea what that login is anymore. I need help to just take that one account off. Im sure that you can see that I never used that Account anyway and I have nothing bought on it. My main account is Xbox I can prove anything else I just have no clue what that login is.

Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Steam account in question will remain linked. We therefore recommend reaching out to Steam support for assistance in recovering the account.

You can't change it regardless due to the March 25th 2025 linking change - https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025 Bungie also will not unlink the account. To play on Steam using your Xbox characters - your only option is to regain access to the linked Steam. Alternatively if you just want to play on PC - you could install the Xbox app but expansions don't carry across via cross-save or from Xbox->Xbox PC.

Dang I guess im screwed then XD time to start all over. I bought the expansions on steam from the sale. Here to a new journey! Thank you all for your responses
