Since the item was removed from the Shattered Throne loot table, only players who earned it before its removal can still use it. That creates an uneven experience where newer and returning players have no way to access a feature that others continue to benefit from. A good compromise would be to make it available through Master Rahool at a high cost, such as Ascendant Shards. That keeps the item valuable while giving everyone a fair opportunity to obtain it. Players who already earned it retain the benefit of obtaining it early, while everyone else has a meaningful endgame path to unlock it. This is a win for both players and the game. It preserves the item’s prestige, respects players’ time, and brings back a feature that many people genuinely enjoyed using.
