Zero Hour Team Flawless Bug still active?
My previous Bungie Name was Clamnex, Rhulk's Art Agent#0755. My current Bungie Name is adept_brain_timelost. I completed a Solo Flawless Zero Hour on February 5, 2026 and a flawless duo Zero Hour on February 8, 2026 (both attached). The Team Flawless Zero Hour triumph has never unlocked on my account, even though both members of the fireteam finished with 0 deaths. My Bungie Name change occurred after these completions, but I understand triumphs are account-based. Could you please investigate whether this triumph failed to register?

Bungie didn't mention any fixes for it in the Monument to Triumph launch notes, but before it launched DMG did mention he believed there would be fixes included. Have you ran it since Monument to Triumph launched? as any fixes wouldn't retroactively give you the triumph and the mission would need to be redone flawless.
