Hello, I made a bungie name change several days ago (over 48 hours ago). I accidentally made some typos and wish to change the name again. I checked both through the bungie website and the companion app; and both say I have a name change available. However when I try to change the name it gives me the following error: « Error You have already recently changed your Bungie Name. Please wait before attempting to change your name again. (250) » According to @BNGHelp5 ‘s response in the following thread: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/265283693?sort=0&page=0 it should be possible to name change again after waiting 48 hours. Their comment also said to reach out to them if this error is still occurring after that time period. Since I’m still getting the error, I’m reaching out to bungie support to have them fix it; perhaps they can manually remove the timelimit since it should be gone by now according to @BNGHelp5. Like I said, my account still has at least one name change token, which I would like to use now that I’m past the cooldown period. Thank you.
