I bought the Destiny 2: The Collection bundle, which includes the season pass, but when I logged into the game I didn't have access to the pass; it was telling me to buy it.
How do I solve this?

Fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie review tickets Monday -> Friday in the order they're received. With recent announcements and it being the weekend there might be a larger backlog building up for them to review Monday so it could be a longer delay before you get a response.

Not to make things confusing, you bought the correct sku for 99% of the content. However; I'm pretty sure it doesn't come with the current season. You should be able to buy it for less than 15 bucks though... the premium track upgrade.
