Need help with cross save
So, I'm trying to set up my cross save so that I can use my characters on steam, but it wants my playstation account information. I no longer have access to the account, it got banned, LONG story. Anyway, I have no way of logging into that account anymore, so I can't authenticate it to move forward. What do i do from here? Is that just it?

Hi there, You will need access to the account for authentication to set-up cross save. Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances. If your account has been lost or banned, we are unable to assist you, and you will need to contact your platform's support for account recovery.
