Canada/Morocco (Morocco 2-0) Morocco are just a very decent team & better than Canada by a good way. Paraguay/France (France 4-0) Paraguay are exhausted & very poor, France could go off if they don't hold onto 2-0 & save energy. U.S.A/Belgium (USA 2-0) Belgium are -blam!-, Senegal destroyed them & their time is up here. Portugal/Spain (Spain 2-0) Portugal are poor, Ronaldo is past his best & Martinez is a 🤡 Spain different class, a very comfortable win, even if the scoreline is tighter than it will look. Brazil/Norway (Norway 3-1) I'd prefer Brazil to win because they've the better chance of beating England if England sneak through but I've a sneaky feeling for Norway here. Brazil have never beaten Norway & have gone out to European teams in every WC since 2002, haaland will get chances & it'll suit him facing a leaky, attacking Brazil. Norway have the better defence & better teamwork. Could be any result, it'll be the best game of the last 16 to watch, Norway, just. Mexico/England (Mexico 1-0) Everything points to under 2.5 goals & likely 0-0 at HT, could really go either way, England the better team individually, Mexico the better team playing for each other, big pressure on both, interesting seeing Messi last night saying how tired everyone is now & I've a sneaky feeling England will tire, backline looks full of holes & Mexico could steal this. Switzerland/Colombia (Colombia 2-1) 2 mediocre workhorses, just fancy Colombia in the heat & Colombia will fancy themselves Vs Argentina in the next round, the Swiss would roll over. Argentina/Egypt (Argentina 1-0) Messi saying how tired everyone is, Egypt are rubbish & powderpuff, salah is a shadow of his former self & this will be like the Spain forecast above, a very comfortable 1-0 win.
