Xbox account linked
I never have used this account and I’ve tried all 5 of the emails I made when I was a kid. The profile that is linked doesn’t even have a username. Can bungie at least tell me the email used to sign into the Microsoft account. I have no information to go off of and I come back to try and play on my computer and bungie just is no help with unlinking anymore. THIS IS MY ACCOUNT!! I wasn’t even playing the game during the timeframe to unlink things that you didn’t want linked anymore. I tried reaching out to Microsoft but I don’t have an email or gamer tag to go off of. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? THIS IS THE SUPPORT PAGE AND BOTH OF YOU ARE TELLING ME TO REACH OUT TO THE OTHER! UNLINK MY ACCOUNT TO THIS XBOX ACCOUNT

3 RepliesEdited by BNGHelp9: 7/3/2026 6:53:09 AMThey're unlikely to be able to give you the email that you used because its not one of the things Microsoft list as sharing with them (see [url=https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/legal/ThirdPartyDataSharing]Third Party Data Sharing[/url]). They however might give the XUID or Gamertag they have on their end. With that info though, Microsoft may err on the side of caution and not provide any partial emails so you'd be stuck in the same situation.
