Hi Bungie Support team, I am writing to request assistance with missing Dungeon Keys on my account.
I purchased Destiny 2: The Collection on Steam specifically to obtain the included Dungeon Keys (Steam shows the DLC is successfully owned and activated on my library).
After making this purchase, I activated Cross-Save to import and play with my main characters from PSN on Steam. However, when I log into Steam using my active PSN Cross-Save characters, the game acts as if I do not own the Dungeon Keys and prompts me to purchase them again with Silver.
Since Dungeon Keys are account-bound and meant to travel across platforms via Cross-Save, it seems the licenses did not properly migrate over to my active characters because Cross-Save was set up right after the Steam purchase.
Could you please verify my Steam purchase entitlement and manually apply the Dungeon Keys to my active Cross-Save profile?

They review tickets Monday through Friday during business hours and given recent announcements - it may take longer for them to review and respond to your ticket.
