Cross Save Issue
How do I unlink a steam account I have never used from my xbox account where I created my characters years ago so that I can play using my actual steam account now that I have a PC?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances. Once a platform account is linked, this action is permanent unless it is a Twitch account.

Bungie will not unlink it, and due to the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th 2025[/url] linking change you cannot unlink it.
