Tazer Tag Artifact Perk - Bugged with Knockout Titan
With the titan knockout aspect active: basic melee hits count as arc-powered melee hits. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work with the encrypted data disk artifact perk "tazer tag" which jolts targets when hit with arc powered melee hits. This synergy would open up more options for players and hopefully someone can take a look at this. Understandably, that might not be possible but maybe someone will see this.
