Enhanced High-Impact Reserves seems to be bugged.

Just found out on my tier 5 Survivor's Epitaph that Enhanced High-Impact Reserves is proccing at 5/12 (~41%) rounds in the mag. I pulled a Ghost Primus out of collections, and High-Impact Reserves procced at 22/44 (50%) of the mag left. Replicated with a new Pressurized Precision (Enhanced HIR activated with 2/6 ~33%) and an old Glacioclasim (activated at 4/8 50%). Not sure if there are special conditions for Hand Cannons or Fusion Rifles, but Enhanced proccing at under 50% feels incorrect.

  • Hello there, Thanks for the report. This does look like a known issue. There is already an internal support escalation for Enhanced High-Impact Reserves not activating at the expected threshold, including a Corrasion example where the perk should have kicked in around 55% of the magazine but was instead only taking effect later. That lines up pretty well with what you are seeing on Survivor’s Epitaph, Pressurized Precision, and Glacioclasm, where the enhanced version seems to start noticeably below the expected half-mag point. There is older background here too: High-Impact Reserves has had previous threshold/activation quirks that required fixes in the past, so this is not the first time the perk family has had edge-case behavior around its activation state. If you can, please include screenshots or video for each weapon and note whether this is only happening on the enhanced version or also on the normal version of the perk. That would help narrow down the scope further. Thanks for calling it out.
