Dungeon Key Pack not working?
Hello,
I bought the Destiny 2: The Collection on Steam a couple of days ago. I cannot access any of the dungeons that are included in the Destiny 2:Dungeon Key Pack that are included as it says I don't own the keys?
Can I get assistance with this.

1 ReplyHey there, did you buy it on Steam and then cross-save, with XBox as Active? The keys and passes count as in-game Eververse items and get tied to the Active account at the time of purchase, ie Steam. When you cross-save and pick another account as Active, it made the Steam account go dormant and it takes the passes with it. The way to do it is to cross-save first and then purchase, then the passes are tied to XBox which is where you want them, the content will be available on both XBox and Steam. Please check the following page and fill out the form provided. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Explain what I mentioned above, that the passes are on the dormant account, and Bungie should move them to the Active one.
