my pc specs are i714700kf and a 4070super 32gb of ram, while both of them sit at low 20 percent usage during gameplay whenever I am in any content where quite literally anything is happening my frames are consistently dropping to 90 fps I've seen videos saying that the steam version of destiny is the issue and giving video comparisons of this, before the patch I could push up to 200fps although i never ran my game at this due to the shader cache build up issue that d2 has due to tiger engine so i capped my fps at 120, but now I'm not even consistently hitting this cap crashes also occur occasionally when loading into activities while alt tabbed
