Encountered problems with the Text Chat
(I'm writing this message instead of my friend because he can't write here in bungie help)
A friend can't use the Destiny 2 text chat for more than 2 years, he go to the settings and he tried to reactivate it but it doesn't go, not even with default resets and if he uninstall and reinstall the game doesn't work. He's on Ps5

Have them double check their PSN parental controls and if nothing there is blocking things such as communication, then get them to fill in a Correct My Data request via the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests If they can't sign into the help center, they'll want to try changing the email linked to their Bungie account via Bungie.net -> Settings -> Email & SMS or submitting the privacy request via email to privacyrequests@bungie.com
