I am submitting a complaint regarding Competitive rewards and the drop system for missing Competitive weapons. I have spent over 20 hours playing Competitive and moved from Gold to Platinum, but I still have not received The Riposte, which is the only reason I entered and stayed in the playlist. Instead, I keep receiving the same Competitive weapons I already have and would never use. I have received duplicate drops of unlocked weapons multiple times, but the one weapon I am actually missing still has not dropped. At this point, it feels like something may be wrong with my account’s reward pool or the Competitive drop system. It is extremely frustrating to put this much time into a mode I already do not enjoy, only to keep getting repeated rewards that serve no purpose for me. The current framework does not feel rewarding or fair. If Competitive ciphers are meant to help players target rewards, then the system should allow players to unlock a missing Competitive weapon directly with a cipher instead of forcing them to waste ciphers on guns they do not want or already have. I am trying to be a good sport about this, but after this much time and progression, receiving the same unlocked weapons over and over while still missing The Riposte feels absurd. Please review my account and reward history. I believe I should be awarded The Riposte, or the cipher system should be updated so players can use it to unlock missing Competitive weapons directly.
