I would say Spider-Man, because i want to see where they take it after the event of the last movie.

1 ReplyI hope you enjoy these new ones and give us a review of each one, but for me it's neither. Marvel movies are generic these days. Ooh, I'm evil and you can't stop me! I am super, so I can stop you! Boom, pow, smash hero/heroin prevails roll credits. I hate how the movies have altered the basics of characters. Superman/Girl/Boy were immovable and unstoppable and could fly at the speed of light. Batman was just a man. Wonder Woman couldn't fly. Green Lantern wasn't a clown. I'd like to see a return to the originals.

1 ReplyI saw Superman and wasn't very impressed. The script was chockful of plot holes and dumb writing. I don't really expect Supergirl to have been written much better. The DC curse continues I suppose. As for Spiderman, I'm hopeful sure, but Marvel's track record has been extremely shoddy recently. Frankly I think they are running on borrowed time at this point, pretty much of all their new characters were given terrible movies, and the plans they had with Kang were derailed by the actor's arrest. Doomsday is pretty much Marvel's final chance to redeem themselves. Unless you are talking about Beyond the Spiderverse, then I have no doubt it will be an epic finale. Just so long as they don't flanderize Miguel than we should be okay

4 RepliesIs this Spiderverse Spider-Man or MCU Spider-Man? If Spiderverse, I did like Spiderverse. If MCU, not even if you paid me. I’m not terribly interested in Supergirl anyway, but I’d go watch it before watching an MCU movie. Apparently Starfire’s getting a TV show, though. I’ll watch that, assuming it’s gunning for TT’03 vibes, not TTG. Three episode rule at least, though.
