Hello, My PlayStation account has my existing Destiny 2 character(s), and I want to access those PlayStation character(s) on Xbox through Cross Save. We linked/authenticated both my PlayStation account and my Xbox account on Bungie.net, and both accounts appear to be connected. However, when I launch Destiny 2 on Xbox using the connected Xbox account, my PlayStation character does not appear. Instead, the game takes me to the character creation screen, as if there are no existing characters available. We have already checked the following: * The PlayStation character still appears correctly when launching Destiny 2 on PlayStation. * The Bungie.net account has both PlayStation and Xbox connected/authenticated. * We have tried closing and restarting Destiny 2 on Xbox. * We have not created a new Xbox character, because we do not want to accidentally interfere with Cross Save. * We have not deactivated Cross Save, because we understand this may trigger a 90-day lockout. Could you please help us with this? Our goal is simply to make the PlayStation character(s) appear on Xbox without losing access to anything or triggering a Cross Save lockout. Thank you.
