This happened all of the sudden since the patch. I was getting 100-144 frames before this issue. Now it is 20-60 fps no matter where. - It legitimately feels like the game isn't even using my GPU / Gsync anymore - other games running perfectly fine with high fps. - I have done everything in my power like re-installing drivers, reinstalling the game, changing nvidia settings, replicating the problem in other games with no success, rolling back drivers, rolling back win update. 1. https://imgur.com/a/TrvEOLF 2. https://pastebin.com/2UrdTRT0 3. [b]Steam Player[/b] Hard to give specific reproduction steps as I haven't found any activity in which frames aren't consistently lower than they used to be. It applies everywhere except menus and orbit. The more that is happening on screen, the worse it gets, but even in purely social spaces my FPS is around 1/3 of what it used to be. Was previously getting around 160+FPS on max settings. Now getting 50-70FPS regardless of low or high settings. (Same PC) The highest I get is 60-75fps, which is just in the tower. In missions i am consistently around 50fps, if im lucky ill have moments of hitting 70FPS. And that is [b]after[/b] turning settings all the way down to the lowest possible, and even that makes no noticeable difference anyway. Was getting 100-120fps easily. Now only 55-80fps, with lots of void explosions and enemies I've seen it drop to as low as 30. all settings in game set to lowest possible.
