Prismatic Titan thruster cooldown bugged. W. Dregrs lash aspect.
Thruster cooldown on prismatic Titan with dregrs last equiped is bugged and matched towering barricade cooldown. Rally barricade is unaffected and has correct cool down but thruster has a very long cooldown.
