Possible Bug with Exodus 4 Piece and Utility Kickstart alongside Powerful Attraction
Noticed that when im using Utility Kickstart to proc the maximum stack of Repurposed Charge i can, its fizzled out by the ammount gained Powerful Attraction (sometimes its doesnt add its too)
It wasnt like this at the start of this week from what i can recall, if there is still anybody here listening, please fix this bug
