Purchased Collectors Edition and missing Dungeon Keys

As the title states, I purchased the collector's edition for Steam recently and downloaded all the content. However, I do not have the dungeon keys despite the DLC being installed. How do I go about getting the keys without needing to purchase silver to get them since I already own them?
