SMS Verification Not Working (Error 42 / Loading Failed)
Hello Bungie Support,
I’m unable to complete SMS verification on my Bungie account.
Here is what happens:
* My account is about one week old.
* I have tried for two days with no success.
* I never receive the SMS verification code.
* Sometimes I get Error 42.
* Other times the page just says Loading Failed or keeps loading forever.
* I have tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
* I have tried two different Saudi Arabian (STC) phone numbers.
* My phone number format is correct (+9665XXXXXXXX).
* Steam Guard is enabled.
* My Steam account country is set correctly.
* I cleared browser cookies and cache and also tried different browsers/devices.
Because SMS verification fails, I cannot access activities that require verified phone numbers in Fireteam Finder.
Could you please check if there is an issue with my Bungie account or SMS verification?

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Please try logging in through an incognito window. If that doesn't help, try clearing your browser cache and waiting over 24 hours before trying validation again. If the issue persists, you may need to try a different phone number for validation.
