Hello Bungie Support, I am writing to request assistance from a moderator to free my PlayStation account from a trapped Bungie profile. Context of my issue: I have been playing Destiny 2 for years on PlayStation (PSN ID: DrGryzzly), which is where all my actual characters, veteran progress, and gear are stored. Recently, I purchased the complete collection of game expansions on PC through the Xbox/Microsoft Launcher. My goal was to set up Cross Save so I could play with my veteran PlayStation characters on my correct PC Xbox account (drgryzzly6008). The mistake: Right before completing the Cross Save setup, I accidentally linked an incorrect, old Xbox account (DrGryzzly) to my Bungie profile instead of my actual PC Xbox account. What I have tried so far: I tried to unlink the incorrect Xbox account through the website, but the system shows the red error: "Game platforms cannot be unlinked after linking is complete". The unlink buttons are completely gone/disabled. I tried using a clean profile with my correct Xbox account (drgryzzly6008) to pull my PlayStation characters over, but I get the error: "These accounts cannot be linked. The same platform has already been linked to this account". Since the website features are completely locked and I cannot fix this on my end, I am stuck. I cannot activate Cross Save, and I cannot access the new expansions I just bought with my real characters. Could a moderator please assist me in removing the incorrect Xbox account from my PlayStation profile so I can link my correct one and safely activate Cross Save?
