Bungie quietly fixed that mission 6+ months ago, so unless it recently became bugged then it works like the others in the Portal. Gun + initial intrinsic -> any difficulty clear, Intrinsics 2-4 -> 1 per clear on any difficulty, Catalysts -> 1 per clear on Master or higher difficulty.
